深圳市一民营医院——恒生医(www.hsyy.com.cn),其体检科室业务推销员,通过宣传错误的医学知识,诱使一些用人单位对入职者进行不必要的以及违反国
家法律规定的体检项目,以增加业务收入。
而这些貌似高科技产业的企业,其HR素质及策略出了什么问题?
已经有数家深圳市知名企业指定恒生医院作为定点的入职体检机构。而作为交换,这些企业强制将“两对半检查”作为必须的入职体检项目(也就是触犯了08年1月生效的国家劳动法)。
如下为两家典型代表企业:
1)深圳迈瑞电子有限公司(www.mindray.com.cn):指定恒生医院做为唯一的入职体检机构,并指定“两对半检查”作为必须的入职体检项目。
2)艾默生网络能源有限公司(www.emersonnetwork.com.cn/cn/):指定恒生医院做为唯一的入职体检机构,并指定“两对半检查”作为必须的入职体检项目。

It is known that: Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital (a private enterprise)(www.hsyy.com.cn) is struggling to increas its business by enticing employers to foce the job applicants and employees to pay for as much as possible body-
chechings.
